The 509 team believes concierge service is going above and beyond. That means being prompt in all communications and meetings, being upfront and truthful in our products and services we deliver you, and being ethical with our practices.     Doug has invaluable industry insight and experience. Along with having his brokers license in the state of MN he has purchased, held, and sold: vacation rentals, student housing, commercial real estate, office, single family and multi-family residential properties. Doug has spent years establishing relationships with key vendors, other investors, and clients. He has proven track record of adding value to a steady portfolio annually. His passion for real estate drives the 509 realty and real estate planning teams.

    Katie Wagoner began her career as a Montessori teacher and co-founded Peaceful Valley Montessori Academy in 2009. She and her business partner built a $4 million dollar company from the ground up and recently sold in February of 2020. Her understanding of the importance of customer service partnered with the day to day operations of a multi-million dollar company, such as marketing, sales, accounting, employee management, customer satisfaction and long term client management drives the concierge service at 509. As a 509 Real Estate agent, she can also help you with any of your real estate needs!
